RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. Turnover calculation period: 1st of each month - end month.
2. VIP will be upgraded from 1st to 3rd on the following month. Members cannot skip levels and only 1 upgrade a month.
3. Upon VIP upgrade, member have 60 days to maintain the VIP club status.
4. Players must reach the accumulated deposit every 3 months for every VIP level. If the player fails to reach the required amount of accumulated deposit, the player will be automatically demoted from their current VIP Level.
5. If the member fails to complete the maintainence turnover requirement in 60 days, member will be downgraded by 1 level.
6. For Birthday and Anniversary Bonus, members must have these requirements before claiming:
   • Active for 2 months prior to the Birthday and Anniversary month.
   • Must have 30 deposit transactions with at least $5,000 in accumulated deposits from the previous 2 months and at least $500 in accumulated deposits in the current month.
   • Birthday and Anniversary bonuses have a 3x turnover requirement before a withdrawal can be processed.
   • Birthday Bonus can be claimed on the month of VIP player’s birth date. VIP Player must provide Identity Card for verification.
   • Anniversary Bonus can be claimed in the month of the VIP Player’s sign-up date.
7. VIP privileges may not be transferred, traded or sold in form.

9. BetVision reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rights of this promotion for any reason.
